Choosing Solar Optimum for that project was the best decision we ever made. From day one, the service was outstanding, best 25-year warranties on the market, and their prices are very competitive, but more importantly, the solar system works perfectly. Our bill has gone down from $170 to only $20 a month.

After negotiating with 4 companies this year I finally went with the Solar Optimum team due to the expertise, quality of equipment and price which seemed to be the best of the companies I dealt with. Installation was just completed 7/3/23. The team took care of all interactions with city and NVenergy, except i coordinated with my HOA, which was very helpful through the whole process, permits and inspections. There was a minor issue initially with 4 panel connections which the local team, led by Zhora, immediately responded by taking care of the problem. Had another issue when my internet connection was lost and didn't reconnect to the Enphase module which reports system status. This was resolved by Zhora working with the Optimum customer service home team and now everything is working smoothly. I wanted to thank the local team, led by Zhora, for quality installation, responsiveness to take care of these hiccups, communication and overall exceptional customer service from everyone I've dealt with at Solar Optimum. Very impressed with the process from start to finish and even more importantly how responsive the teams have been to ensure system is continuing to perform and certainly one of the best customer service companies I dealt with in a long time. Solar Optimum made purchasing a solar system an absolute pleasure. First their salesman was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable, and the price was better than offered by others. We needed it installed before the end of year to get the favorable tax credit and they were the only company who were sure they could. Their installers were skilled and efficient, and our system is up and running smoothly. This contrasts strongly with some of our friends' experiences who also had solar installed during the same time. One installer failed to secure permits which resulted in delayed startup and savings. Another had issues with installation on a tile roof and had some aesthetically displeasing features. And their systems cost more and produced less.

The entire Solar Optimum team was great. No other company actually sized my system to the appliances I had in my home. They offered choices of panels used, designed a system that cost much less than the other quotes I received based on actual power needs. They were prompt to answer any and all questions I had throughout the process. It was seamless from design, site inspection, permitting and installation. Once installed the system developed the power that they said it was designed to provide and I am enjoying power now for 10 days at pennies a day.

We were so grateful to find Solar Optimum when searching for our new solar panels. They were fast, provided all the necessary information for us to become educated and make a wise choice regardless of what company we went with. We decided to go with them and along the way got a terrific new roof as well that Solar Optimum organized. Very fast and courteous crews and can’t say enough about the support on the technical side of things.

Solar Optimum has been a 5 Star Experience in all categories from start to finish. What I'd like to write about specifically though is to recognize Solar Optimum's level of Customer Service and "Service After the Sale," so to speak. I DID have a couple of minor issues after activation, but Solar Optimum fixed everything in Lightning Speed. I literally called once in the late afternoon, and had someone at my door who resolved everything early the next morning. Nothing less than Stellar!
