REFERRAL RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS:
**New customers only. Referral rewards are non-transferable and will be paid out once a contract is signed, solar installation is complete, account is paid in full, and approved by the city. Any referral deemed duplicitous will be disqualified from this reward program/promotion. Self-referrals and return customers do not qualify for a referral reward. To be a valid referral, Solar Optimum must be provided with the name and contact information of the referring party at the time of the original appointment is booked; otherwise the referral reward does not apply.
A referral reward only qualifies for customers that install a solar system, solar system with battery storage, or full re-roofing. Customer referrals generated from EnergySage.com will ONLY qualify for a $250 referral reward with no exceptions. Battery-only referrals do not qualify for the $500 Referral Reward Bonus. Currently, there is no referral reward for battery-only. Solar Optimum will occasionally run special, limited-time promotions with their own unique terms and rewards, which will be detailed when offered. These promotions don’t change or replace our regular referral rewards, have their own set of rules and cannot be combined with other referral reward offerings.
All information shared between Solar Optimum, inc., and the individual making the referral will be kept confidential. The original terms/conditions of the referral reward promotion are not applicable when combined with other special promotions or offers when the referral party signs a contract for a discounted promotion or rate.
