Directed by Hrant Yeritskinyan, Head of State is about Grigor, an eccentric but unemployed journalist, who goes out of his way to avoid responsibility and blames every problem he has, including love, on others, circumstances and the government. But everything changes when he wakes up as President of Armenia and suddenly has the power to change everything as he wishes. Grigor finds himself dealing with wild reforms, crazy decisions and has to conquer the love of his life all over again while trying to uncover a terrifying conspiracy.
