I interviewed and met with a lot of solar panel companies and I felt vey much like I was getting a sale pitch but that was NOT the case with Mason at Solar Optimum. I so appreciated that unlike the other companies, he didn't insist on a lengthy face to face meeting and he didn't talk down to me or even try to sell me on the panels. I had done a considerable amount of research and I already knew what questions I wanted answered and instead of giving me a pitch, he allowed me to ask as many questions as I had - and I had plenty! He was incredibly responsive to my many follow up questions as well. He is very communicative and easy to get a hold of when needed. Mason advocated for our needs throughout the process. In the end, our house had too many constraints that made getting solar panels impossible but Mason did not drop us when it was clear that the project couldn't move forward.
